"Having been given your land Deed as a 70th birthday gift from my daughter, I have to say how proud I am to have it, it is such a unique gift as well as being a beautiful work of art,it is on my living room wall and is admired by all who view it. As an ex pat who ordered 5 more Deeds for family and friends,I spread the word about this gorgeous document and urge all ex pats and interested parties to get their Deeds, the service and civility of the company is without question!! I cant wait to see my recipients faces on Christmas day??!!. Keep up the good work and thanks again." November 2005

"In 2000 I was fortunate enough to visit Scotland for the first and only time at the age of 68 years. I was so impressed and overwhelmed at the Beauty, the Culture, the People and everything that I saw that if my Old Age Pension was sufficient to support my wife and I we would immigrate to Scotland at the first opportunity. My forefathers all came from the Angus area and I have traced the family back to my Great Great Great Grandfather who was born in 1720. I have traced further Colvilles back to Sir Thomas de Colvill born 1163.
It remains a dream to one day wear the national dress of Scotland. Even though this will never happen I am thrilled at being able to tell all and sundry that I am a proud owner of a piece of Scotland. Seeing that all the earlier Colvilles were titled I will have to give myself the title of Laird Colville of Nethy Bridge!" February 2004

Pierre Gaudreau, Ontario, Canada
"I just received the deed today. It is very attractive and official looking - my wife will be so pleased. Her mom is from Scotland, a war bride, this will be very dear to her, to have her own little bit of Scotland. We were over there for our 25th last year and went all over including the Highlands. This will be so very special.
p.s. Please use my opinions as anyone would be proud to own one of your Deeds." January 2004

Lorna Foster, Florida, USA
"Ordered one of your Land Deeds for my Husband for Christmas and it was well received, we all had such fun laughing over him now being a Scottish Land Owner, we shall call him Laird Foster from now on. I have recommended your site to other friends and family. Thanks again." January 2004

Sara Bruce, London, UK
"I have just received my order - very impressed! Thank you so much - I will definitely recommend your website. It makes such a change to get "real" service."

"Hi! I received the Square Inch Caledonia Land Deed. Thank you, it is everything I expected. Your speedy, courteous service was very much appreciated. I am sure my Father will be very excited about it too! My Dad's Father was born in Scotland. My own Father has always loved everything about Scotland, but unfortunately has never been able to visit your fine country (much to his dismay). When I saw your ad for a square inch of Scottish land, I said to myself, hmm, if my Father can't make it to Scotland, then I will bring Scotland to him.
The land deed will be nestled under my Father's Christmas tree. "It's only a square inch, but it's his." Thank you for making this possible. " December 2003

Julie Kelly, California, USA
"...I wanted to let you know what a hit the Deed was. We put on a little show with my daughters and myself. I was the announcer and my daughters were the "royal subjects". We presented her with a scepter, a cloak, a crown, spread fairy dust on her, then crowned her "Queen Charlonia of Caledonia" (her name is Charlene). She was so impressed and couldn't believe that she now owned a piece of Scotland. All of the people gathered for her party were amazed! They all asked me where I had purchased the Deed and said what a great gift it was.
It really is a beautiful piece of artwork as well as a great memento. I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase it, they will not be disappointed. Your website made it very clear what I was purchasing as well as the actual pictures of the land. My Gram said she couldn't wait to take a look at the website herself. Thank you so much for making sure it arrived before her party, it is truly a gift she will never forget. Maybe for her 80th, we'll go visit Caledonia!" June 2003

Karen Mulhearn, Victoria, Australia
"Thrilled at winning the November draw for the Caledonia Land Deed. I know my father was very impressed with his when I sent him one for Father's day. As an ex-pat it will be lovely to have something framed and on show from the homeland and to also impress all my Aussie mates." December 2003

Cheryl Crawford, New York, USA
"I wanted to take a minute to thank you for my Square Inch Land Deed I won in your October drawing. It is more beautiful than I had anticipated and I plan on having it professionally framed to hang in my living room.
I'll be sharing your website with my friends and family as quite a few of them are curious about exactly what it is you're doing, they think its a grand idea for gifts and such. Even if I never make it to Scotland, at least I have a small piece of it to call my own. Since I do have Scottish heritage, I think this is a wonderful thing." November 2003

Joan D Robinson, Connecticut, USA
"I presented the deed package to my son at a dinner on the eve of his birthday and wedding the next day. He was very surprised and has promised to send the papers back to you, signed by him. He is very proud of his Scottish heritage, and sometime in the future, he may even visit his little piece of land. He has been to Scotland once before.
Your packaging was excellent and the product arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for this unique product. I had run out of things to give my son for his birthday, and this filled the bill nicely." July 2003

Dennis Parry, Scotland
"My friend in NZ was absolutely thrilled with the deeds to his Inch of Scotland. He has framed it and it is hung in a very prominent position in his lounge where no doubt it will be the topic of conversation at his frequent dinner parties." May 2003

Michel Fauquier, France
"...this is great for me to receive such a deed, because a high quality artwork and now sits proudly and prominently on our I am from a French and Scottish family (auld alliance!)
Thanks for everything, and a special "bonjour de France"." April 2003

"Thank you so much for the Land Deed - it truly is a wonderful idea. My wife and I fell in love with Scotland when I was working there in the '80s and although we live a long way away now, we try and get back there every few years. There is something about driving through the Highlands that is truly Spiritual to us.
When we heard about your Land Deed and saw that the land was in the heart of the Highlands we had to own one. It truly is hallway wall where it can be seen and admired by all who enter our home. Thanks again for bringing a piece of Scotland to our home, and we wish you every success." Feb 2003
