The Caledonia Land Deed is designed to be displayed and admired as a
gift or as a special memento. Our Custom Framing service gives you
the opportunity to select the frame of your choice and have the complete
wall-hanging delivered to
your door ready for immediate
display!
We also offer a matting (mounting) option that can further personalize
the wall-hanging to complement your decor.
The Deed is supplied inserted in the frame but not sealed. This self-finishing
is to allow the Owner to sign the Deed thus completing the legal document,
before final sealing.
