There are many real estate investor training vendors out there in the market but up to now, no centralized hub where a would be investor can go to get a sense of what is available.

It seems like there are a ton of real estate investor "Gurus" all describing their own ways for investors to get rich in real estate. The vast majority are ligitimate investors themselves like Bill Bronchik, Dave Lindahl, Larry Goins, Lonnie Scruggs, Scott Scheel, Wendy Patton and Bill Twyford who offer insight into ethical, legal and practical ways to invest in real estate. Training programs such as theirs are a fantastic way for new investors in real estate to learn how to be successful. They often come in the form of home study programs with a manual, audio CDs, forms CDs and a DVD set.

Subjects

It is important for a new real estate investor to be trained in the particular niche they want to target. This could be pre-foreclosures, short sales, subject tos, landlording, note selling, lease options, installment land contracts, rehabbing, wholesaling, mobile homes, apartment buildings or office buildings. These are just some of the areas to consider being trained as a real estate investor.
